- أيا شعب مصرThe winds blow, and there is no escape.

- حوار مع وردةFragrance is in you, and your appearance is lovely.
- حينما يصبح البارود طيباYou have not vanished, nor become a stranger;

- رسالة اعتذار إلى أم المؤمنين خديجة (رضي الله عنها)O Khadijah of glories, how can I return,

- سيل أشواقيI have little, yet through my resolve I am the richest.

- شموخ الصابريThe sheikh has joined the caravan of the righteous.
- عثمان ـ رضي الله عنه ـModesty raised the banner through you and glorified you,
- على طريق العفافYour path to chastity is the true path,
- عمر ـ رضي الله عنه ـWhat can poems say to you, O Umar,
- عندما يرتحل القلبHas she departed? No—but my heart has departed.

- عيد الحبThey say, “Love’s festival,” but the claim is false;
- غابة الظلمFrom the forest of oppression, beasts of prey set out by night,

- لا تسألوا عن جدة الأمطاراDo not ask the rains about Jeddah,
- للحب قلب نابضLove has a beating heart and a tongue.
- لله در بلادناThe fortresses stand, their walls impregnable,
- مليكة وجدانيWelcome to love and its smile,
- موازين الرجالThe first and those who follow journey with it,
- مواكب خير ، موكب إثرموكبProcessions of goodness, one procession after another,
- موقف وصول الرسول للمدينةThe melody of my verse grazed freely in my heart,
- نار القصيدةO poet who plowed his pen
- نقش على جدار الوطنWhere do I begin speaking of the homeland?
- هذيان صمتYes, your letters danced in my orbit,
- هو الأمر بالمعروفProcessions of goodness, one procession after another,
- هو الحب الكبيرDawn’s radiance heralds a new breaking forth,
- وأضأت ليليThe night of suffering turned pitch-black,
- وقفة أمام خيام المبعدينMy night passed, and morning followed it.
- وماذا لو تمادى ؟؟He went too far—and what if he went still further and exceeded all bounds,
- ومضة حبLove is but a flash within my beating heart;
- وهج الحبO glow of love, do not deepen my longing;
- يا اللهGlory be to my Lord; there is no god but Him.
- يا ضيف وجدانيI sailed in you, for you are the sea.
- يا قبة المسجد الأقصىBrighter than the sun across the horizons
- يا قلب جدةO my heart, Jeddah, how persistent is your persistence
- يا مسجد الإسراءFrom your door, open to the sun,
- ياشذا المجد أين بغداد عنا ؟!O fragrance of glory, where is Baghdad, so far from us?
