قرِّبbring closer إليَّto me الماءَthe water ، إنِّيindeed I لظاميءٌtruly thirsty
قرِّب إليَّ الماءَ ، إنِّي لظاميءٌ
وand لديكَwith you أنتَyou yourself الماءُthe water وand الترياقُthe antidote
و لديكَ أنتَ الماءُ و الترياقُ
Bring the water closer to me, for I am indeed thirsty.

And you yourself have the water and the antidote.
And you have the water and the remedy
مهماhowever تطاولَgrew long عنكَaway from you ليلُthe night of صبابتيmy ardent yearning

أحيا بهِ ، مهما يطولُ فِراقُ
As long as the dream of reunion is mine, I
As long as I have the dream of meeting, I
live by it, however long separation lasts.
