Poetry is a waterfall on my obsession

سحر دمشقي

A Damascene magic tears through my soul,

ولا تلثمه

Shall I visit my beloved and not sin?!

إلى البحرين

I came to (Bahrain) seeking its love

أُغاضبها

I anger her and she angers me

من ظن ظن

Take, take my heart captive of sorrows
