A fragrant peace pervades the universe
جعلتك نصرتي في كل شدة

من منزل باهي الجمال مزخرف
From a house of beautiful decor ornate
ريح الصبا ان جزت بالاحياء
The morning breeze, if you pass through the neighborhoods
أترى متى آتيك ووجهك أنظر
Do you see when I come to you and look upon your face
بحر الفصاحة والمقال الفلسفي
The sea of eloquence and philosophical discourse,
يا فريدا علا على كل ند
O Fareed, you have surpassed all peers,
عيد سعيد عمكم بالخير
A blessed feast upon you all with goodness
ما بين هاتيك البلاقع
يا لها روضة تحاكي الفرادس
رعاك الله من دوح ظليلِ
يا سائلي عن حال مصر انها
