The straits of state and conditions since you left

3. And the state is a state and time has passed and
Every orbit in the universe has danced

4. Eternal echo rang out in the universe and gushed
The ears of the universe for melodies and were amazed

5. So they responded to the voice when space was filled and
Every hearing soul was enchanted

6. For the miracle the Merciful brought out from the anxiety of
Places, time and circumstances unknown

7. And this aid roared in the universe and burst open
To it the directions and in its arrangement embarked
