1. My heart inclined towards her abode
For the intimacy of Mount Sinai’s fire in its goodness secretly

2. And my eyes did not see anyone but her for she
Unveiled the veil of beauty from her face openly

3. She appeared to my eyes in the morning with attributes
Other than her, she indeed manifested a beauty by which I recovered

4. And I was in delusion climbing the throne of her mystery
That she may appear in her essence, she said stop, stop!

5. So I prayed in the shrine that I may see in it
The beauty of the beauty of the face, she said pure, pure!

6. She manifested to my eyes in the morning and so annulled
My imaginations other than with her completely

7. And before annihilation in the essence, one must be annihilated
By the human eye of Truth in him enough, enough!

8. So whoever did not see that the entire existence
Is Muhammad the Truthful Generous clearly

9. Will spend his entire life
Seeing the essence of Truth truly in purity

10. And did not witness the all-encompassing eye for he
Appears to it deficiently with shortcoming secretly

11. Because He is the eye of the eye and the point around which
The secret of the letter baa revolved in it purely

12. Totally by it from it to it tomorrow
Because by it about it I became perplexed and did not dry out
