3. O people of Lebanon, your Lebanon is no mere mountain
Rather it's the pinnacle of glory and prestige.

6. A refuge of plagues and a refuge of heat, sought
By the stricken, both near and far.

7. And a refuge of the afflicted from every illness
With good water, air, and neighbors.

In cold and irrigation for the hot and thirsty.

And melting carrying irrigation through its channels.

11. And in the lowlands are vast plains watered
Bearing fruit and branches.

12. And its people have, of comfort and tranquility,
What one needs to be called human.

13. And of noble manners stripped
Of affectation in elderly and youth.

Thank God, He is the Ultimate.

17. No commerce so urgent
One forgets oneself, let alone the brethren.

18. And commerce runs, as principles require
A friend minds not his friend when able.

21. And carriages run paved
Despite its rugged terrain between valleys and dunes.

22. And he who seeks modernity finds it
In some villages of fine workmanship.

23. And unity and integration however you desire
While next to cities and countries.

24. And beyond that, qualities galore remain
Adorning it in splendid glory.
