1. A group greets you with smiles
While their hearts are black and their livers
١. وَجَماعةٍ تلقاك باسمةً
وَقلوبُها سُودٌ وأَكبُدُها
2. Like a peddler praising his wares
While he discards them and drives them away
٢. كالبائع المُطري بضاعتَهُ
يُثني عليها وَهوَ يَطرُدُها
