12. With a president whose leadership is admired
Embodying wisdom, piety and righteousness

13. Water freezes when he rebukes it angrily
And his preaching melts solid ice

14. Brilliant in mind, eloquent in tongue
Ambitious in resolve, prudent in heart

15. He brings joy to the eye when he appears
And fills our ears with guidance
