1. Fire and light blended in the chalice,
The gentleness of water and the tenderness of grapes.

2. The blending has molded its image,
Like wavering pearls over gold.

3. At times spreading like an outstretched carpet,
Flowing from its rim following its outpour.

4. At times connected like lines,
Along the margins of books.

5. It shows all this and that and that,
As if its chalice is the father of wonders.
