So it swayed like a wavering comet.

8. The flower stared admiringly at her face,
Like a devout praying monk in contemplation.

9. My beautiful one who waters the flowers
While denying water to the one thirsty for you!

10. What would happen if you allowed a sip,
Of the sweetest, coolest water from your smile?

11. And if you refused me, I would say, "Gently, girl,
I will be content with the appointment."

12. For I have often left the freshness of a spring
Distracted by the warble of a singing nightingale.
