1. Send blessings upon Prophet Muhammad
And carry the weapon of a martyred mujahid

2. And serve the glory of an Arab state
In the army, wearing the uniform of a soldier

3. Without cannons and tanks, no state can stand
With armies like a turbulent, billowing sea

4. O son of the sublime, their horses have returned
The Euphrates River in the time of disasters

5. Why don't you follow in their sublime footsteps?
For glory is in the tent, not in the shovel

6. Take from the iron industries their finest
To defeat the enemies, and build for tomorrow

7. As for courage, it is ingrained in you
An inherited trait, cultured and sharpened
