1. My heart took flight in love of the sailor
Like flowers flying on the winds

2. And I have joy for melodies and poetry
And rivers and basil and comfort

3. And I love in nature all beauty
Appearing in the morning and evening

4. And all beauty to me is the beauty of the gazelle
The horse of the coat the stirrup of the strap

5. It shows me the beauty all gathered in the cheek
Its radiance like the lights of morning

6. My torment and sweetness in his love
And my heart may find comfort in the wounds

7. Like a bird who saw a mate and love
So it clung to it with its wing

8. And below the water how I let out a murmur
