2. Its thunders rumbled in those prairies,
And its clouds wept over those hills.

It became covered with darkened aspects.

8. Luxuriance clothed it with splendid vegetation,
So its barren tract of land and watercourses returned.

The system of glories when its battalions were few.

10. A leader adorned with the religionโ€™s glories
That the traces of the Prophet ornamented his shoulders.

11. He is the brilliant, no mere lightning
With no lights or planets revolving around him.

12. When the grey Sunnah lacked its rays
He brought abundant showers and poured its stars.

13. The light of his forehead revived the lightningโ€™s light
As his talents adorned the valleys of heavy rain.

14. His wills by which if he did not fight
The pillar of the religion would have collapsed.

15. He sees the state of the time and its people,
So no misfortunes are feared to afflict him.

16. His intelligence suffices him in any problem,
And his experience in matters makes him extremely prudent.

17. He contained the shoots of precedence when he was young,
And his achievements towered over the stars.

18. The life was adorned by him and honored
To have a debaser of pleasures as its raiser.

19. If I declare the name of the Imam as Caliph,
And raise the status of the carpenter, the most appropriate one,

20. You are the just Imam and the purest
By whom his lineage and positions were ennobled.

21. You united the dispersed glories after being separated,
And distributed the collected money so it poured to you.

22. You enriched until no needy one remains on earth
Whose fortunes and life fight against him.

23. O Prince of the Believers, you whose ranks
Rise above the Giant Star constellation.

ุนู„ู‰ ูƒุงู‡ู„ู ุงู„ุฌูˆุฒุงุกู ุชุนู„ูˆ ู…ุฑุงุชุจูู‡

24. And whose grandfather was the Prophetโ€™s uncle and intimate friend,
When his family and relatives antagonized him.

ูขูค. ูˆู…ู† ุฌุฏู‘ูู‡ู ุนู…ู‘ู ุงู„ู†ุจูŠู‘ู ูˆุฎูุฏู†ูู‡ู
ุงุฐุง ุตุงุฑู…ุชู‡ู ุฃู‡ู„ู‡ู ูˆุฃู‚ุงุฑุจูู‡

25. How can the commandments of glories and religion be good
While you are the one to whom its doctrines are attributed?

ูขูฅ. ุฃูŠุญุณู†ู ููŠ ุดุฑุนู ุงู„ู…ุนุงู„ูŠ ูˆุฏูŠู†ูู‡ุง
ูˆุฃู†ุชูŽ ุงู„ุฐูŠ ุชูุนุฒู‰ ุงู„ูŠู‡ ู…ุฐุงู‡ูุจูู‡

26. And you are the one Habib means in his words:
โ€œSo win praise in this way, its earner.โ€

ูขูฆ. ูˆุฃู†ุช ุงู„ุฐูŠ ูŠุนู†ูŠ ุญุจูŠุจูŒ ุจู‚ูˆู„ู‡ู
ุฃู„ุง ู‡ูƒุฐุง ูู„ูŠูƒุณุจู ุงู„ุญู…ุฏูŽ ูƒุงุณูุจูู‡

27. That I plunge into destruction and destruction is barren,
Its horses covered with dust and dirt.

ูขูง. ุจุฃู†ู‘ููŠ ุฃุฎูˆุถู ุงู„ุฏูˆู‘ูŽ ูˆุงู„ุฏูˆู‘ู ู…ู‚ูุฑูŒ
ุณุจุงุฑูŠุชูู‡ ู…ุบุจุฑู‘ูŽุฉูŒ ูˆุณุจุงุณูุจูู‡

28. And I undertake fearful adventures, risking
Myself without tiring of what I ride.

29. The enemies lie waiting for me in every ambush.
All of them crept towards me, their snakes twisted.

30. And I come to you while the unsheathed sword is sharpened,
Its blade as white as mirrors.

ุทุฑูŠุฑูŒ ุดุจุงู‡ู ู‚ุงู†ูŠุงุชูŒ ุฐูˆุงุฆุจูู‡

31. And I unload my hopes at your door, hoping
For the intercession of glory that dazzles the shining star.

ูฃูก. ูˆุฃูู†ุฒูู„ู ุขู…ุงู„ูŠ ุจุจุงุจููƒูŽ ุฑุงุฌูŠุงู‹
ููˆุงุถู„ูŽ ุฌุงู‡ู ูŠุจู‡ุฑู ุงู„ู†ู‘ูŽุฌู…ูŽ ุซุงู‚ุจูู‡

32. So accept from me a slave of humility and he will be ransomed
As an obedient slave whom destiny will not fight.

ู„ู‡ ุงู„ุฏู‡ุฑ ุนุจุฏุงู‹ ุทุงุฆุนุงู‹ ู„ุง ูŠุบุงู„ุจูู‡

33. And favor me with what you are worthy of
And raise my position so none can rival it.

ูฃูฃ. ูˆุชูู†ุนูู…ู ููŠ ุญู‚ูŠ ุจู…ุง ุงู†ุช ุฃู‡ู„ู‡ู
ูˆุชูุนู„ูŠ ู…ุญู„ู‘ูŠ ูุงู„ุณู‘ูู‡ุง ู„ุง ูŠู‚ุงุฑุจูู‡

34. And clothe me in the fabric of your shade a garment
That brings prestige to the status of the luminous.

ูฃูค. ูˆุชูู„ุจุณู†ูŠ ู…ูู† ู†ุณุฌู ุธู„ู‘ูƒูŽ ู…ู„ุจุณุงู‹
ูŠูุดุฑู‘ููู ู‚ุฏุฑูŽ ุงู„ู†ูŠู‘ูุฑูŠู†ู ุฌู„ุงุจุจูู‡

35. And mount me on the carriage of your favors,
Riding the highest sphere with its entourage.

ูฃูฅ. ูˆุชูุฑูƒุจู†ูŠ ู†ูุนู…ู‰ ุฃูŠุงุฏูŠูƒูŽ ู…ุฑูƒุจุงู‹

36. And allow me wealth and glory I desire
And glory is but some of what you grant.

ูˆู…ุง ุงู„ุฌุงู‡ู ุงู„ุง ุจุนุถู ู…ุง ุฃู†ุชูŽ ูˆุงู‡ูุจูู‡

37. And others come to you from nearby lands
Where security dwells, and no companion leaves them.

ู„ู‡ ุงู„ุฃู…ู†ู ููŠู‡ุง ุตุงุญุจูŒ ู„ุง ูŠุฌุงู†ูุจูู‡

38. Not worn out were their bright faces from traveling through the deserts
Nor were their carriages covered with dust from journeying.

ูฃูจ. ูˆู…ุง ุงุบุจุฑู‘ูŽ ู…ูู† ุฌูˆุจู ุงู„ูู„ุง ุญูุฑู‘ู ูˆุฌู‡ู‡ู
ูˆู„ุง ุฃูู†ุถูŠุช ุจุงู„ุณูŠุฑู ููŠู‡ุง ุฑูƒุงุฆุจูู‡

39. They gain nearness from you I did not attain
And intimacy I do not have though I request it.

ูฃูฉ. ููŠู„ู‚ู‰ ุฏู†ูˆู‘ุงู‹ ู…ู†ูƒูŽ ู„ู… ุฃู„ู‚ูŽ ู…ุซู„ู‡ู
ูˆูŠุญุธู‰ ูˆู„ุง ุฃุญุธู‰ ุจู…ุง ุฃู†ุง ุทุงู„ุจูู‡

40. They look from the splendor of your sanctity a look
Then return while the guiding Imamic light accompanies them.

ูคู . ูˆูŠู†ุธุฑู ู…ูู† ู„ุฃู„ุงุกู ู‚ุฏุณููƒ ู†ุธุฑุฉ
ููŠุฑุฌุนู ูˆุงู„ู†ู‘ููˆุฑู ุงู„ุงู…ุงู…ูŠู‘ู ุตุงุญูุจูู‡

41. Even if they know I equal them in self and position,
Loyalty and devotion, I do not rival them.

ูคูก. ูˆู„ูˆ ูƒุงู†ูŽ ูŠุนู„ูˆู†ูŠ ุจู†ูุณู ูˆุฑุชุจุฉู
ูˆุตุฏู‚ู ูˆู„ุงุกู ู„ุณุชู ููŠู‡ ุฃูุตุงู‚ุจูู‡

42. I would distract myself from what it seeks
And prevent my eyes from what they observe.

ูคูข. ู„ูƒู†ุชู ุฃูุณูŽู„ู‘ูŠ ุงู„ู†ูุณูŽ ุนู…ู‘ุง ุชุฑูˆู…ู‡ู
ูˆูƒู†ุชู ุฃุฐูˆุฏู ุงู„ุนูŠู†ูŽ ุนู…ู‘ุง ุชุฑุงู‚ุจูู‡

43. But he is like me, and even if I say I exceed him,
That would not shame his critic.

ูคูฃ. ูˆู„ูƒู†ู‘ู‡ ู…ุซู„ูŠ ูˆู„ูˆ ู‚ู„ุชู ุงู†ู‘ูŽู†ูŠ
ุฃุฒูŠุฏู ุนู„ูŠู‡ ู„ู… ูŠุนูุจ ุฐุงูƒูŽ ุนุงุฆุจูู‡

44. I am not one whose eyes are filled with money,
Nor will wishes be fulfilled except by getting near you.

45. I am not pleased with less than my peer,
Even if his carriages were shod with brilliants.

ูคูฅ. ูˆู„ุง ุจุงู„ุฐูŠ ูŠูุฑุถูŠู‡ู ุฏูˆู†ูŽ ู†ุธูŠุฑูู‡
ูˆู„ูˆ ุฃูู†ุนูู„ุช ุจุงู„ู†ูŠู‘ูุฑุงุชู ู…ุฑุงูƒูุจูู‡

46. I am thirsty for seeing you, the spring of my contentment,
And it is no wonder that my sweet water is clear.

ูคูฆ. ูˆุจูŠ ุธู…ุฃูŒ ุฑุคูŠุงูƒูŽ ู…ู†ู‡ู„ู ุฑูŠู‘ูู‡ู
ูˆู„ุง ุบุฑูˆ ุฃู† ุชุตููˆ ู„ูˆุฑุฏูŠ ู…ุดุงุฑูุจูู‡

47. It is no strange matter that I stand at the sea
Complaining of thirst while the sea is full of wonders.

ูˆุฃุดูƒูˆ ุงู„ุธู‘ู…ุง ูˆุงู„ุจุญุฑู ุฌู…ู‘ูŒ ุนุฌุงุฆูุจูู‡

48. One who hopes to gain your favor is not blamed
If his purposes and requests are great.

49. I am pleased with my intention so its appearance is complete,
And I hope from you its consequences will be perfected.
