O you who clothed me in the garments of the gnostics,

1. O you who clothed me in the garments of the gnostics,
Your beauty has adorned me more than any dew has adorned.

2. You carried me into the sea of sublime virtues,
Tossing the pearls of noble deeds that echo from me.

3. And you showed me the conduct of all kings in their entirety
In a session of unending separation.

4. And I understood the beautiful, majestic faith
When the signs of guidance became clear to me.

5. So I became, out of yearning for the essence of his perfection,
After calling me, acknowledging, singing his praises.

6. And whenever I come before you, I see
On the sublime throne none but the Sublime.
