For Shija', where robes are seized as plunder.

3. While you are the son of Mughirah, a slave of Shaul,
The halter has chafed your shoulders.

4. When the noble lineages of Quraysh are recounted,
Their dogs meet below your lineage.

5. Leave aside the lineage of Amir ibn Makhramah,
For therein lies the secret and the true nobility.
