If the goat bleated or the leper spoke,
١. لَعَمرُ أَبي سُمَيَّةَ ما أُبالي
أَنَبَّ التَيسُ أَم نَطَقَت جُذامُ
2. When their mothers give birth, they cry out,
"My oldest, are you under your mother a boy or a girl?"
٢. إِذا ما شاتُهُم وَلَدَت تَنادَوا
أَجَديٌ تَحتَ شاتِكِ أَم غُلامُ
