Valiant, fierce Salqam whose fangs devour

23. You are the imams of those who prayed and in you
For the ambitious and neighbors there is protection

24. Their gain is either voluntarily granted
Pardon, or against their will when resolute

25. O greatest of men in pardoning when affronted
Most awe-inspiring in valor when avenging

26. Egypt and Al-Dahhak have experienced that they
Are a people who, when warring, immerse in blood

27. Why not ask Egypt which violated its pact
Or the band on the day the spotted banner stirs

28. Abdul Aziz whose banner those regiments carried
To the armies, they collided and were shattered

29. No land's hypocrisy grew where
Your swords did not slice the flesh of those disobedient

30. Abdul Aziz built glory and honor
Nobility is indeed your defining trait
