And those ascending to the heights are pioneers

3. He quenched the poem with the agony of his rhetoric
So it was well-arranged and singing captivated it

4. Our Sultan has restored it to pure Arabness
In its meadows, the visitors throng

5. He quenched the rhymes with the radiance of his originality
From his poetry, lightning has flashed

6. Those who wrapped themselves in the torrent’s protection
No matter how many enemies gather around them

7. No dew harvest is hoped for from arid land
So the silent are deprived of the ink of dew

8. Say to the beauty to shun her face
And fast hearing from the confused chatter

9. No matter if they broke their prayers and sinned
There must be devotees there

10. Say to the beauty to keep her veil
The prayer for her is enough and more
