1. The water of life was hidden in the darkness
Rather all that is unseen, if you think of it, is darkness
١. ماءُ الحياةِ قدِ اِختفى في ظلمةٍ
بَل كلُّ غيبٍ إن عقلتَ ظلامُ
2. Verily, intense black is darkness when
I entrust it, and dazzling white is darkness
٢. إِنَّ السوادَ الحرّ كتّام لما
أَودعتهُ والأبيض النمّامُ
