1. O You who fears loss of blissful joys,
Be brief, for pardon is the lot of one who pleads guilty,
١. يا مَن بِذي اللذّاتِ قَد خشيَ التلَف
أقصِر فإنَّ العفوَ حظُّ منِ اِعتَرف
2. God promised the sinners in His Word,
That if they desist, He will forgive what is past.
٢. وَعَدَ الإلهُ المُذنبينَ بقولهِ
إِن يَنتهوا يغفر لَهم ما قد سَلَف
