1. A yellow convex flower planted
In the garden of falsehood, bitter is its taste
١. وَفَقّوسةٍ مُصفرّةِ اللّونِ أُنبِتَت
بِسبخةِ زور فهيَ مرٌّ مَذاقها
2. The lean camels avoid it
And the smell of it turns away the noses of dogs
٢. تَعافُ عِجافُ الحمرِ ترتعُ حَولها
وَيزكمُ آنافَ الكلابِ اِنتِشاقُها
