1. By the text I swear, if you swore an oath,
Be with belief in choice, rich,
١. بِالنَص فَاِعقد اِن عقَدتَ يَمينا
كُن بِاِعتِقاد الاِختِيارِ ضَنينا
2. Enable the words of tenderness to take effect,
And Moses chose his people, seventy.
٢. مَكِّن لِقَولِ الهِنا تَمكينا
وَاِختارَ موسى قَومَهُ سَبعينا
