1. From the family of a noble liberator, a traveler departed
His grave is watered by flowing tears

2. A magnanimous one who wore garments of praise in gatherings
And was described with every virtue

3. He met calamities thankfully and patiently
For a long time, enduring grievous pain and suffering

4. Until his Creator called him to
His paradise, so he went and did not hesitate

5. The chronicler wrote above his tombstone
“The Mighty King has given to Joseph”
