1. O Lebanon, how beautiful you are
And how magnificent is the old age that has crowned you

2. Before you the king in his glory
On earth or his pride in the sky

3. You were adorned with the crown yet you do not
Say farewell to the light as you received it

4. In the delight of diamond near dawn
And the splendor of ruby at dusk

5. You kiss the sun smiling at it
And the dawn smiles when it kisses you

6. Your valley and plains are the desire of wishes
Attained by the soul and cannot be possessed

7. Glory to Him who hid purity in you
And flowed from the heart of purity your streams

8. Where and when will I meet a place
Joyous with bliss wherever it headed

9. You are God’s paradise in His promise
You exemplified blessings for whoever exemplified you

10. Lebanon, come let us share love
For me in you is the magic of enchantment
