1. No wrong intent has he who fears to ride
The steed of terror; nor has any claim
١. وَلَيسَ لِمَن لا يَركَبِ الهَولَ بُغيَةٌ
وَلَيسَ لِرَحلٍ حَطَّهُ اللَهُ حامِلُ
2. To greatness he who, when by Allah cast
Unhorsed, is by that fall bent double - lame!
٢. إِذا أَنتَ لَم تُقصِر عَنِ الجَهلِ وَالخَنا
أَصَبتَ حَليماً أَو أَصابَكَ جاهِلُ
