1. Behold, it is a day that time bears witness to
Just as it is a day the people find bliss in

2. On this day, the Red has worn the garb of her youth
She has reconciled and ceased to chatter

3. Do you not know that the Tahamees ruler
Has returned to his Red and the return is most joyous

4. The people's chant rises high when
He appears, they head towards him to greet

5. Do you not see them overflowing with good tidings
And their eyes brimming for you and steadfast

6. Their ranks extended as their voices did
Some calling, others praising

7. Some dictating, others listening
Some inspiring, others reciting

8. The drums of good news beat, stirring their tune
As many women among them sing

9. And melodies move, like the chirp of nightingales
The voices of musical instruments echo

10. And your auspicious rain cloud accompanied you
So your blessed arrival to the abode dispels evil

11. And when you reached the quarter of bliss
You returned to a haven, so tranquility returned

12. You were met with desire by the men of government
Exchanging with you enduring affection

13. You found the hearts of the people full of yearning
They came like swaying branches to see you

14. And circled around our Master, all hopes extended
To kiss his hand outstretched

15. And I met each of them with friendliness
To show our affection is not selective

16. They asked about those lands and its people
And what you encountered, which it relays and attests

17. To please you, my Master, Hejaz and Umrah
And visiting the Prophet's tomb and prayers

18. And what you faced from east to west
Of signs of veneration renewed for you

19. And you congratulated Ibrahim your cub who will soon
Rise in the horizon of fortune

20. So boast of him to whom you wish when he appeared
With your auspices, that unsheathed sword

21. You were absent from my eyes though you are their light
And long separation from you saddens them

22. So I remain a sun while he is a full moon facing it
Drawing from its light his burning glow
