Among the ignorant transgressors
٢. قد كنتُ أهجو النَّابهي
نَ مِن عُتاةِ الجَهَلَه
3. Like Abu Jahl and Jaysh
The base polytheists
٣. مثلُ أبي جهلٍ وجي
شِ المُشركينَ السَّفَلَه
4. So I began to satirize unimportant men
Worthless, without merit
٤. فَصِرتُ أهجو تافِهاً
نكِرَةً لا وزنَ لَه
