1. Tell the one who adorns his chest with medals
As if they were ranks he attained
١. قل لِمن بالرَّسمِ حلَى صَدرَه
بوسَاماتٍ يرَى ذاك ارتَقا
2. His soul has belied him, O you
The adornment of the chest is with knowledge and piety
٢. كذَّبتهُ النفسُ ياذا إنَّما
حِليَةُ الصَّدرِ بعِلمٍ وَتُقَا
