Stars within it shone from amber clear,
١. وكأسٍ من اللَّيل مَخلُوقَة
تَبدَّت من التِّبر فيها نُجوم
2. Its depths with coffee were imbued,
When cares would come, their darts it speared.
٢. تضمَّنَ باطِنُها قَهوَةً
إذا مَردَ الهمُّ فضَّت رُجوم
