1. The Imam of truth does not tire of
Issuing truth and introducing guidance

2. He imitated it through his diligent scholars
O you who saw a scholar imitating

3. His efforts surrounded it on both sides
Supporting it and its supporters

4. A caliphate, if other than Yahya Al-Murtaza
Wanted to undertake its burden, he would sit down

5. Ask his opinion to unsheathe a sword for it
It did not hurt him that he was not a swordsmith

6. And he did not leave Ahmad’s nation neglected
Where he was pleased to appoint Muhammad as its guardian

7. My God, how glorious are their traces
In righteous deeds, father and son

8. Between the guide and guided among them
The perfections of existence appear when they appear

9. Whenever an era becomes dark, they emerge
Enlightening it like a full moon

10. If a pillar of the kingdom inclines or sways
They bolster it, lending a hand and shoulder

11. O oath of approval, or sister of it
Congratulations on pride whose life will never cease

12. The new year has brought through you a hope
Before it, to renew guidance

13. Religion and worldly life take support
Through the one whose supporters are glory and guidance
