1. The evening caressed the glance of a young man

Of its abuse by the Christians while in fervor

5. Septa called out
O people of the religion of guidance, is there any kindness in you

6. Is there any zeal to purify me from the filth of polytheism
By the absolute religion of unadulterated faith?

7. There I recite while hopes are near
And disbelief has covered those of formidable power

8. Praise be to Allah, people of praise, who inspires them
Degrading the Christians and aiding those He guides in kindness
