1. Seek intercession at the Sa'idi's grave
To God, grief will scatter from you

2. And take refuge in His protection, as His protection
Is safety for one tried by afflictions

3. Do not avoid his purpose for an hour
As his call dispels sorrow

4. So many worries became resolute
The knots of their affair the bamboo has split

5. My wish, I have come seeking
The soft flowing sea of your palm's breadth

6. And most deserving of one who frequented your dwelling
To gain his wish and not be disappointed

7. Hasten my death and settle my concerns
For the arrows of time have pierced it

8. And be my refuge from the flooding seas
For my illness is long and my disease rotten

9. The ship of my poverty, the sea of my restraint
Dwelt, and the breeze of my patience calmed

10. I say, and its length has weakened me
Shall I not scent it with a good breeze?

11. With the best of creations, the most virtuous whom
God has graced with the best practices

12. Muhammad, the Chosen One, the Exemplar
The Messenger of God, foremost in ways

13. As long as care persisted
Prayer from God, Granter of Favors

14. And his family, and companions whenever
Doves have cooed and an ostrich of the upland cried
