1. My God, if my deeds do not please You,
Then Your forbearance, my Master, may decree forgiveness.

2. All good belongs to You, You are its source,
And no good except through Your pardon can flow.

3. My God, You have granted the mosques immunity
From the fire, though they are but some of Your sole domain.

4. And by the one You sent as the most noble emissary
The freeing of all is fulfilled by the Liberator of some.
