أبركت آمالي ابن عبد الله

1. I placed my hopes, son of Abdullah
In your lofty side, friend of God

١. أَبْرَكْتُ آمَالِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ
بِجَانِبِكَ الْعَالِي وَلِيَّ اللهِ

2. Unleash her firm resolve with your help
O you of honored protection and status

٢. أَطْلِقْ مَتِينَ عُقَالِهَا بِنَوَالِكُمْ
يَا مَنْ لَهُ شَرَفُ الْحِمَى وَالْجَاهِ

3. And pour upon the healthy your abundant generosity
O you who ascended in nobility above peers

٣. وَأَفِضْ علَى الْعَافِي بُحُورَ نَدَاكُمُ
يَا مَنْ سَمَا شَرَفاً عَلَى الأَشْبَاهِ

4. With the Most Chosen, the Purest, Messenger of God
The best of creation, commander or advisor

٤. بِالْمُصْطَفَى الأَزْكَى رَسُولِ اللهِ
خَيْرِ الْوَرَى مِنْ آمِرٍ أَوْ نَاهِ

5. Vanquishing misguidance with guidance, his mention
Sweeter than nectar in mouths

٥. مُجْلِي الضَّلاَلَةِ بِالْهُدَى مَنْ ذِكْرُهُ
أَحْلَى مِنَ الْبَرْنِيِّ فِي الأَفْوَاهِ

6. He whom the Merciful favored over His servants
With care unmatched by the eminent

٦. مَنْ خَصَّهُ الرَّحْمَانُ دُونَ عِبَادِهِ
بِعِنَايَةٍ مَا حَازَهَا ذُو جَاهِ

7. Kept His prayers upon him eternally
Continuous, without cessation

٧. أَبْقَى عَلَيْهِ مَنِ اصْطَفَاهُ صَلاَتَهُ
مَوْصُولَةً تَتْرَى بِغَيْرِ تَنَاهِ

8. And upon all his family and companions who
Sold their souls for the soul of God

٨. وَعَلَى جَمِيعِ الآلِ وَالأَصْحَابِ مَنْ
بَاعُوا نُفُوسَهُمْ بِرُوحِ اللهِ

9. Whose remembrance heals hearts from discontent
And is more delightful to the ardent than sweet water

٩. مَنْ ذِكْرُهُمْ يَشْفِي الْقُلُوبَ مِنَ الصَّدَى
وَأَلَذُّ لِلَّهْفَانِ مِنْ أَمْوَاهِ

10. And upon your lofty status, for one who comes
Complaining of the actions of yesterday and tomorrow

١٠. وَعَلَى رَفِيعِ مَقَامِكُمْ مِمَّنْ أَتَى
مُتَظَلِّماً مِنْ فِعْلِ وَغْدٍ زَاهِ

11. Crying for your protection, burning with no
Relief from the flames but by water

١١. مُسْتَصْرِخاً بِحِمَاكُمْ ذَا حُرْقَةٍ
لاَ تَنْطَفِي لَفَحَاتُهَا بِمِيَاهِ

12. The purest greeting like fragrance and its diffusion
That no petal blocks with its thorns

١٢. أَزْكَى سَلاَمٍ كَالْعَبِيِرِ وَنَشْرِهِ
مَا رَدَّتْ وُرْقٌ بِقُضْبِ عِضَاهُ
