1. May Allah perpetuate our noble master
Who emulates the flowers and the lovely blossoms

2. Wise in character, beauty of creation, reviver of faith
And thoughts wherever life continues

3. And Allah has granted him every virtue
And the high-minded are still loyal to him

4. Our master who protected the fresh flowers
And through him the most high was manifested in good shape

5. Indeed your love has made me lean
As passion made the creeping plants lean

6. Your seas have no turbulence
If one day they become turbulent

7. The Commander of the Faithful your father who
His Lord has given him the most high kingdom

8. And your grandfather the best of Allah's creation
It suffices you to be his namesake

9. So how could it be and you have focused on his guidance
And you became rich through the treasure of his way

10. And avoided trivialities and vain things
And made desire fall down deeply in love

11. And in front of your speech, my refuge
I confess what has made me ardent

12. Your absence, O Mohammad, is deadly poison
Helping complaint and weeping against me

13. And the fire of passion, which is the hottest fire
Saw my heart most worthy of being roasted

14. Your departure made the white land black
Because you were its shining star

15. Has your separation made the slopes lean before?
The nights of the foothill, our pleased master

16. Perhaps your father, the fountain of glories
Will revive the corpse of lost pride alive

17. To be with you in Fez generous again
As time was generous with him before

18. To bring back for the Caliphate sunrise from you
The crescent of superiority smiling beautifully

19. So our anxiety may be relieved by you and we find
Through you thriving hopes
