1. I knew you would attack
With insults like spears
١. وَلَقَد عَلِمتُ لَتَعدُوَنَّ
عَلَيَّ شيمٌ كَالحَسائِل
2. That eat flesh and bone
Like hungry jackals, not arguers.
٢. يَأكُلنَ أَوصالاً وَلَحماً
كَالشُكاعى غَيرَ جادِل
3. O birds, eat, for I am
Poison for you, fanged and clawed.
٣. يا طَيرُ كُلنِ فَإِنَّني
سَمٌّ لَكُنَّ وَذو دَغاوِل
