When it pained me, my insides churned
١. نَبَأ أَتى مِن أَعظَمِ الأَنبِياءِ
لَما أَلَمَّ تَقَلقَلَت أَحشائي
2. They said the beloved has passed away, so I responded
I implore you, do not make him be forgotten
٢. قالوا حَبيب قَد ثَوى فَأَجَبتهُم
ناشَدتُكُم لا تَجعَلوهُ الطّائي
