1. The Almighty prolonged the honor of the minister,
And increased the humiliation of the envious.

2. He made known to him the blessings of the fasting month,
And gave him safety from all evil.

3. O He who restored the fallen kingdom,
And manifested the truth until it became clear.

4. O He in whose pillars I take refuge,
Whom I praise, though time be difficult.

5. You have united what the slanderers had torn apart,
And established the affairs of the kingdom.

6. Whatever your opinion willed in events,
God said to it "Be!" and so it was.
