The kinds of birds speak in tongues.

7. And the roses laugh from narcissus glances.

Probe the appointed time for turbans.

11. And the ravens of decadence in what they pretended
Eat the flesh of the land in haste.

15. And herons rowing on it with feet
That alighted on it with repeated motions.

16. You would think them a pasture amidst still water,
As if they were whistling with reeds.

17. And the nightingale sings merrily in its plains
From the melodious trilling of youth.

18. O companion, dawn has appeared so pass the wine,
The redness of morning shone in the darknesses.

And the basil breathed in the gardens.

20. Intercede with the cupbearerโs hand and goodness of his water
At dusk and dawn intoxicated.
