1. You did not die. Rather, he who did not leave
In glory and in praises any mention died.
١. لَم تَمُت أَنتَ إِنَّما ماتَ مَن لَم
يُبقِ في المَجدِ وَالمَحامِدِ ذِكرا
2. I am not begging from your grave any rain.
How can it thirst, while it contains an ocean?
٢. لَستُ مُستَسقِياً لِقَبرِكَ غَيثاً
كَيفَ يَظما وَقَدتَضَمَّنَ بَحرا
