1. Some of what things are phases
I have a state in it named strangers

2. And it is Zaid and so Omar and Bakr
And in it poems are chanted with them

4. Good is the sayer we mentioned
But the treasure is us and it is the wall

5. It is an eyelid from eyelids for my eyes
And I am the body from it and it is the motto

6. And I am the core and the land is crust
And I the face and all are veils

7. All of them from the ink of my luminous letters
And I am the sun and the rest are moons

8. And that which they have of knowledge is yearning
And that which we have of it is oceans

9. Singing bird that sang to it birds
I alone among them am jesting

10. I am Abdel Ghani with those with me in
This state and suffiency is need

11. And we are equal, Abdel Faqir who from pearls
Are his possessions that and dinars

12. Our Lord Allah in all situations
No dust on our beautiful faces

13. And loved ones are manifestation’s plain emanation
Who guided us to its secrets

14. And enemies are grasping manifestations from us
To them our affairs are deniable

15. So adversaries are tongues of subjugation and humiliation
To a people the unbelievers built them

16. And good praise is a mercy special with kindness
To those to whom the faithful point

17. Our essence appeared to us with traits
You are them O you the righteous

18. And bad situations appeared to us
They are corrupt people and evildoers

19. And we went out from every bond with ownership
And we entered into every bond reproached

20. Do not ask our minds of wildernesses
Every mind in our matter is confused

21. How can minds know one who does not remain
In manifestation and has no stability

22. And all affairs appear from it
And upon it in both worlds lies the orbit

23. You are some of our description so be polite
Do not be mistaken and we are light and fire

24. We looked upon our essence with eyes that
Every and all of us borrowed

25. So we saw different faces
And its flowers bloomed from its masks

26. And upon us states were colored
With the manifestation all of the lights

27. So for this you see speech from us
However we willed and however we choose

28. And we have many tongues within us
In languages minds were confused by it

29. So it is as if the noble essence is an inkpot
And as if I from above it am birds

30. I sing and sometimes I moan
And order a phase and a phase scattered

31. And a passion one phase with a gazelle I yearned
I envied the beauty of its moons

32. And with a doe sometimes an essence of ardour
Whose hair is night and forehead is day

33. And one phase with a garden and stream of water
And with a cup of wine goes around

34. And with asceticism, purity, and humility
And knowledge minds are confused by

35. And I am the knowing verifier one phase
I spend sincere advice I have insight

36. And one phase contrary and to my inclinations
All the time with describing it phases

37. And we have here manifold manifestations
Enumerating us and no enumerating for them

38. And they are my essence I love that I see it
Manifest I raise the coverings

39. And all the meanings are glimpses
To the bellies of the concepts divulging

40. And my speech in hearing from me
And remembrances those and supplications

41. And my greetings to myself from me manifestation
To me of mornings and nightfalls
