1. He who transcends all descended into need
So He donned the hidden secret and became manifest

2. The spirit of the lover rejoiced in Him, so it addressed
An apparition called “you” or “he” or “I”

3. Tremendous news - we are all Its words
Who can make it clear to him so he finds annihilation?

4. Some people attained It by the truthfulness of their hearts
In loving Him and through Him they reached their goal

5. The sciences of God flowed from their mouths
And through them the unseen approached when they drew near

6. We are those whose attributes were made perfect
And through our poverty the attribute of wealth was affirmed for us

7. We live for the fire which darkened the night
From Mount Sinai - the heart appeared to us

8. The ignorant one slept while we were awakened for it
By the Ever-wakeful One who summoned us

9. We inherit the guidance from the Prophet
From the tradition of Moses the Speaker - we were certain

10. Our reality thus originated at times
And there are many varying stages of abundance
