1. I am His will and decree,
I am His creation and image.

2. The existence of Truth removes our falsehood,
Even if we make excuses for it.

3. The unseen of the unseen becomes clear through us,
While we are in the garden of His birds.

4. We speak of Him through Him, so we render Him incomprehensible.
His description is the same as denying Him.

5. We moan until our tears flow,
As if we are lovesick nightingales.

6. We are a people who have a special language through Him,
That understands the secrets of our compositions.

7. And whoever deviates from our way,
His incapacity and shortcoming are enough for him.

8. Do not blame him, for he is a man
Whose purity has been marred by his confusion.

9. Blessed is God who taught us prosody,
With the garden of verses and its birds.

10. Its fragrances have spread across the world,
And its glad tidings have become well known among the elite.

11. All this due to what it contains,
Of everything that cannot be expressed.

12. The metaphor through which the reality appears,
And the affirmation that does not last disappears.

13. We know Him when we see Him, and we do not
See Him, but His deception is prevalent.

14. And He has manifested through us, so we realize what
He has manifested, and that is His effect.

15. Our oneness, we and it, is apparent
In dualities, and that is His decree.

16. So we and He are one, united,
Our management of affairs is His management.

17. And dual in the unseen, we and Him, and it is not
Possible to change us or change Him.

18. This is the truth for the one who knows it,
And for the one who has its measures from Him.

19. None knows it except one in whom
Its affairs have settled and its images have vanished.

20. And he became a detached soul and the illumination
Of its rising has increased and its light intensified.
