1. I am a body, a soul, and a spirit
Three in which I come and go

2. And they are one original source created
That disappears quickly and appears quickly

3. Behind it is the matter that requires
A truth that every soul ignores

4. It transcended in its absence from us
So it has nothing left but a scent that diffuses

5. Like a glimpse from our sights is its matter
And it is that from which conquests come from

6. O One and He is many as
We said but I do not profess it in fear

7. Of violating its sanctity to those
Who are ignorant or overcome by madness

8. For all perishable things in which
The true existence was sublime

9. Have not changed it since it manifested through them
And falsehood vanishes in the light of true might

10. Take for me a promise from You my Master
My wings yearn in it for nearness

11. And I hope in You for all
That I call You to of good and my heart aspires

12. You are my reality but tomorrow
After my death this will be clear to me

13. The day we meet our return all of us
Is to You O destination of shining lights

14. Happy is he who understands our words
As we understand so his joy is pure

15. Or he leaves denial if he does not
Know and listens to the words of advice

16. For the taverns of our collections
Their wine makes the gloomy mornings radiant

17. And none attains the cup except a lad
In whom aptitude for the meanings of secrets exists

18. What we allude to does not become hidden from him
And he has elucidation from every expression

19. And the secret of this is that he is
A believer in the unseen from the meaning of sublime order

20. He protects from the flood of his obsession
The ship in which was the preservation of Noah

21. Do not approach wrongdoing O Muslim
Lest wounds from it afflict you

22. And perhaps its injuries will flow
And from you the aspiring heart becomes impure

23. How many groups in their ignorance of us
Nearly attributed turbans to us

24. They did not believe in the unseen until
The overflow of revelation poured upon their hearts

25. Rather they imagined it in their thoughts
And to them in what they saw was delusion

26. And it is extremely far from
Resembling the true unseen vanishing

27. And Allah despite this is All-Knowing of them
And He is Possessor of forgiveness and He is Most Forbearing
