1. My face shines with the light of truth in radiance
And my bondage to passion is released

2. So have mercy on us with annihilation, O Eternal One
And unveil for us the veil of the Cupbearer

3. In my eyes, all creation is the affair of the Command
Since the pure wine flowed in the goblets

4. And love in it endured forever
So I pride myself with it in the parade of lovers

5. O you who blame me, for God's sake leave blaming me
And open the eyes of your heart from this slumber

6. And beware of drowning, be afloat
The sea of love is feared for drowning

7. The eye has kinds of sights, eyelids
And the seer, the perceiver is man

8. And the individual, the universes are not distorted by him
From that exalted, eternal individual, protector

9. My heart is a house for the secrets of revelation
And description is the oil in my lamp

10. And the living one from all the lands is dead
In every state of revelation, transcending
