1. Everything is destined for us,
Be they foe with differing views or friend,

2. Harmful or beneficial, and whatever it may be,
Is either a condition's servant or breadth or confinement.

3. The judgment of all my matters,
And the matters of existence, is with precise wisdom.

4. O son of affection, the conditions have become clear,
So their companion qualities have adorned themselves.

5. The cycle of misery requires for some people,
And for others, the felicity of success.

As God knew of old,

7. Himself within the souls of each group.
Perplexity, nay guidance, He created,

8. With the dye of the unseen for the people of the path.
So know us or be ignorant of us here, there is no

9. Ignorance, and all is true knowledge in truth.
He gathers, and if my people separate,

10. Then I do not speak of separation.
O sanctified matter, absent from us,

11. Casting people from a dreadful place.
We yearn for it, so we perish, yet we remain

12. From it we smell sweet musk so pure.
Our orientations have bound us to it,

13. As its wisdom required with free reign.
And it guided us to it by the lightning of epiphany,

14. In the darkness of our potential with brilliance.
So we drank its love from those we found

15. To have it in cups and ewers.
