1. O branch with a singing bird upon it
Your abandonment, O love of my heart, is patient
١. يا غُصْنَ نَقاً عَلَيْهِ طَائِرْ
مَهْجُورُكَ يَا حَبيبَ قَلْبِي صَابِرْ
2. So have mercy and show affection to me, for I am dying of love's agony
By Allah, is there no end to this harshness?
٢. فَارحَمْ وَاعْطِفْ عليَّ قَدْ مِتُّ جَوىً
باللَّهِ أَما لِذا الجَفَا مِنْ آخِرْ
