7. My people contend today troops and leaders
Yet I did not see but a usurper and a plunderer

8. Do I see party principles or benefits?
That have varied between them kinds and sorts

9. The wars of the two worlds have ended, yet I still
See wars between the sons of the countries

10. By my people, their enemy sought help
So he split the north and lengthened the south

11. Who then can decisively execute the command
If they do not obey a critic and a reckoner

12. To return them after estrangement and intention
