5. What we strive for, though dear to attain
Is guaranteed by your resolve

6. What you choose of policy
Its glory proven by experience as acceptable

7. One who has endured the arena knows the extent
A deadline may miss the mark if there’s undue haste

8. Egypt has enough from its guests of justice that bears witness
And affection towards the Caliphate’s abode intact

9. We proceed to its independence reassured
Though many words circle about its course

10. In the name of the Nile’s Prince, no other's
If army expands or fleet made anew
